KIWANIS CAMP CASEY REUNION
DAY EVENT WITH LODGING REGISTRATION
The Kiwanis Camp Casey Reunion is an all-day event at the Casey
Conference Center on Whidbey Island, Saturday August 30th, beginning at 1
PM with an option to stay overnight in a Casey barracks. Check out is Noon on Sunday, August 31st.
Registration is required and includes activities throughout the day,
meeting up with friends of past Kiwanis Camp Casey, dinner prepared
by the Camp Casey Cooks, overnight accommodation (see description/pictures of rooms and bathrooms on the Lodging Pictures tab above), and breakfast on Sunday morning. There will be lots of time to roam the old
stomping grounds, catch up with old friends, and make a few new friends. All are
encouraged to attend - Campers, Counselors, Nurses, Volunteers, Donors,
and Family members.
Overnight accommodation is in a Camp Casey barrack building with each room offering 2 twin beds. We have 3 barracks reserved with wheelchair access to most rooms. Each floor of the barracks has shared bathrooms with showers. Please register for 2 during the online registration if you have a specific person you plan to share a room with. In addition, we have reserved the Casey Quartermaster building, which accommodates larger groups. It has 5 bedrooms for up to 29 people, with shared bathrooms and common areas. It is located across the street from the main entrance (the building with CASEY on the roof). You will need to provide your own bedding.

Kiwanis Camp Casey. We know many of you have served in multiple roles;
you are welcome to email us others that you would like to share.
*NOTE: If
you need assistance with personal care during the day and/or for the
overnight lodging stay, please bring your caregiver to provide aid
during this event.
**All attendees 18+ years old staying overnight at the Kiwanis Camp Casey Reunion must complete a Washington State Patrol background check. Click on this link to our Forms page http://www.northcentralseattlekiwanis.org/forms-and-applications. Find the Volunteer and Resident WATCH Form. Click on the form link to fill out your name and birth date. You will email the form by tapping the button in the top right.**
PreOrder your Casey Reunion T-shirt separately by clicking on the Event T-shirt tab above. We
will make the T-shirt available for order after the event.
The Kiwanis Camp Casey
T-shirts bring back many memories of this 'Best Week of the Year.' If
you still have one of your favorites, please bring it with you. We plan
to do a Parade of Casey Memories at the reunion.
If Transportation to Camp Casey Conference Center is needed:
Whidbey Island has a bus service from Coupeville to the Camp Casey
Conference Center. Traveling from Oak Harbor or the Clinton Ferry, take
the regular accessible scheduled service to the Coupeville Park N Ride. A
shuttle can be ordered from Coupeville to Camp Casey Conference Center.
For those planning to attend only on Saturday, service from the
conference center to Coupeville so that you can make the ferry needs to be
arranged for around 3:30 PM. However, scheduling does accommodate a
Sunday morning/early afternoon return.
